Main purposes of the machine tool:
MK2120+B consists of four axes, where the X axis serves as the feed system, both Z1 and Z2 axes function as reciprocating systems, with Z1 serving as the external cylindrical and end face grinding wheel axis, Z2 as the internal cylindrical grinding wheel axis, and B as the horizontal rotational indexing axis. This machine tool is capable of grinding internal cylindrical straight holes, internal conical holes, stepped holes, and internal end faces; as well as external cylindrical surfaces, external conical surfaces, external end faces, and stepped external cylindrical surfaces. The grinding cycle is automatically completed, including automatic feeding, automatic wheel dressing, automatic compensation, automatic fine grinding, coarse grinding, and automatic tool retract.
It adopts a structure featuring workpiece feeding, B-axis indexing (torque turntable), and two independent workbenches (grinding wheel carriages) moving left and right. Both X and Z axes utilize rolling linear guide rails, powered by servo motors that drive ball screws for movement. The rotational speeds of both the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel spindle are controlled by frequency converters, enabling stepless speed adjustment. The workpiece clamping is achieved through a hydraulic power chuck, and other compatible fixtures can be configured according to the specific requirements of the user's workpieces.
Processing object:
The main processing objects of this machine tool are: it can grind inner cylindrical holes, inner conical holes, outer cylinders, outer conical surfaces, and inner and outer spherical surfaces. It is suitable for the inner and outer cylindrical processing of parts with an inner diameter of 20-200mm, an inner hole up to 200mm, an outer diameter of 30-300mm, and a maximum length of 200mm.

After Sales Service
1. Accuracy acceptance: The roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness of the inner hole shall be inspected in accordance with the technical agreement.
2. The acceptance inspection will be conducted in two steps. In the first step, the Party A team will conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment at the Party B's site, in accordance with the standards stipulated in the technical agreement. In the second step, a spot check will be conducted on the processing accuracy of the equipment. After a continuous idle running for 2 hours, the grinding test piece will be performed. If it meets the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and drawings, it will be deemed as qualified.
3. During the acceptance period of the equipment, Party B shall provide free training to Party A's operating personnel and maintenance personnel.
4. Machine tool warranty
Upon acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall provide a one-year warranty service for the quality of the main machine. After the warranty period, Party B will still provide high-quality services.
