Main purposes of the machine tool:
MK1332 CNC End Face Cylindrical Grinding Machine is a two-axis CNC end face external grinding machine that uses a German Siemens 828D CNC system with an LCD display. It is equipped with a Tokyo Seimitsu precision radial gauge and an end face tool setting gauge, and can grind the external circle and end face of workpieces. The wheel feed and table movement are driven by AC servo motors through ball screws. The wheelhead feed uses a slant-cut feed method, and the guide rails use cross-rolling steel guide rails to ensure sensitive feeding and rigidity. The movement of the worktable is driven by an AC servo motor via a ball screw, and the guide rail is a flat-V-shaped plastic-coated hydraulic guide rail to improve its vibration resistance and sensitivity.
Processing object:
This machine tool can grind the outer circle of workpieces. It is suitable for the outer circle machining of long shafts with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 500 mm or less.

After Sales Service
1. Accuracy acceptance: The roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness of the inner hole shall be inspected in accordance with the technical agreement.
2. The acceptance inspection will be conducted in two steps. In the first step, the Party A team will conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment at the Party B's site, in accordance with the standards stipulated in the technical agreement. In the second step, a spot check will be conducted on the processing accuracy of the equipment. After a continuous idle running for 2 hours, the grinding test piece will be performed. If it meets the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and drawings, it will be deemed as qualified.
3. During the acceptance period of the equipment, Party B shall provide free training to Party A's operating personnel and maintenance personnel.
4. Machine tool warranty
Upon acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall provide a one-year warranty service for the quality of the main machine. After the warranty period, Party B will still provide high-quality services.
