1. It can grind all kinds of bearing outer rings, needle rollers, rollers, piston pins, long bars, tubes, etc.The grinding wheel spindle adopts a double-support structure supported by double-row short cylindrical roller bearings. The constant linear speed of the grinding wheel is 45 m/s.
2. The guide wheel spindle is a new type of integral forging structure, which adopts a double-row short cylindrical roller bearing double-bearing structure.
3. The feed shaft and reciprocating shaft of the grinding wheel dresser are driven by servo motors through the reducer, and the ball screw pair is driven, which can realize the interpolation and dressing of two shafts.
4. The guide wheel dresser is manually fed, and the geared motor drives the reciprocating and can be profiled and dressed.
