The machine tool adopts a layout with dual-sided movement of the grinding wheel and regulating wheel frames. The grinding wheel frame performs the feeding motion, while the regulating wheel frame performs the adjustment motion, facilitating automatic integration and the configuration of feeding devices for long workpieces and bearing rings (special order).

 

Wide Grinding Wheel: The grinding wheel has a wider width, providing greater load capacity, reducing the need for repeated grinding, and improving production efficiency.

 

Dual-Support Spindle Structure: Both the grinding wheel and regulating wheel spindles feature a dual-support structure with multi-pad hydrodynamic bearings and forced oil lubrication, ensuring high bearing rigidity.

 

Hydrostatic Guideway for Grinding Wheel Frame: The feeding guideway of the grinding wheel frame uses hydrostatic guideways, offering sensitive movement, enabling micro-feeding, and providing certain vibration resistance. The guideways are also resistant to wear.
AC Variable Speed Drive for Regulating Wheel Spindle: The regulating wheel spindle is driven by an AC variable speed motor.
PLC Control System: The machine's electrical control system utilizes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for operation.
Manual Feed for Wheel Dressers: The grinding wheel and regulating wheel dressers are manually fed, with their reciprocating motions driven by hydraulic linear cylinders. A manual rotary valve controls the direction change, and the motion speed is infinitely adjustable.
