Main purposes of the machine tool:
This machine tool is a 2-axis CNC vertical grinding machine. It can grind inner circles, outer circles, small end faces, etc. The machine tool adopts a modular structure. The overall layout is shown in the following figure. The workpiece spindle is fixed on the bed to drive the workpiece to rotate. The X-axis is arranged in parallel on the crossbeam for grinding feed. The upper and lower reciprocating grinding frame axis Z and the grinding head up and down reciprocating one stroke have a linkage function. The main electrical box is installed on the right side of the bed, and the electrical control box is located at the front of the machine tool, which is an independent and movable type, and is convenient for operation and adjustment.
Processing object:
The machine tool can grind the inner circular hole, step hole, inner end faceof the work piece. Suitable for internal machining of short shafts and disk and sleeve parts with a diameter of 600mm and a length of 1000 mm or less.

After Sales Service
1. Accuracy acceptance: The roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness of the inner hole shall be inspected in accordance with the technical agreement.
2. The acceptance inspection will be conducted in two steps. In the first step, the Party A team will conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment at the Party B's site, in accordance with the standards stipulated in the technical agreement. In the second step, a spot check will be conducted on the processing accuracy of the equipment. After a continuous idle running for 2 hours, the grinding test piece will be performed. If it meets the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and drawings, it will be deemed as qualified.
3. During the acceptance period of the equipment, Party B shall provide free training to Party A's operating personnel and maintenance personnel.
4. Machine tool warranty
Upon acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall provide a one-year warranty service for the quality of the main machine. After the warranty period, Party B will still provide high-quality services.
